MSTVT is owned by Beatrice Foundation which is non-profit registered by RITA since 2013 (a government agency for registering non-profit organizations)The Foundation is led by Board of Trustees. MSTVT is managed by a founding director and a principal. The principal supervises all operations including giving directives to members of faculty and support staff.
